Still at my mum's

I was so bored and had nothing to do. Am sure if i had called my sister. She would have gone;"Read you Bible". But had another plan. Which is to bake a Coffee and Walnut cake, served with  Thick Toffee and Coffee sauce.

The cake can be served this way or with pouring/whipped cream.

 

The full presentation of the cake and the satisfaction you get when you know you had to judge the ingredient with your eyes ( Had no scale to weigh) and it all came out right thanks to God!
